CNG Locksmith Services aims to provide fair, transparent, and professional service at all times. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and call‑out charges are handled.

1. Call‑Out Fees

A call‑out fee may be charged when:

  • A locksmith has been dispatched to your location, and

  • You cancel after the locksmith is already en route, or

  • The locksmith arrives but cannot gain access due to incorrect information, lack of access, or the customer not being present.

Call‑out fees are non‑refundable once the locksmith has attended the property.

2. Cancellations

Before the locksmith is dispatched

You may cancel free of charge.

After the locksmith is dispatched

A call‑out fee may apply to cover travel time and costs.

Missed appointments

If you are not present at the agreed time and location, a call‑out fee may be charged.

3. Refunds for Parts

Faulty parts

If a part supplied and fitted by us is found to be faulty within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge.

Non‑faulty parts

Once a part has been installed, refunds cannot be issued unless the part is defective.

Customer‑supplied parts

We do not offer refunds or guarantees on parts supplied by the customer.

4. Refunds for Labour

Labour charges are non‑refundable once work has been completed. If you believe work has not been carried out to a reasonable standard, please contact us and we will assess the issue promptly.

Refund Policy - the basics

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
