Pricing:

Prices are provided clearly before work begins.Additional parts or labour will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.Emergency call‑outs may incur additional charges.

Bookings & Cancellations:

Bookings can be made via phone, website, or message.If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.Missed appointments may incur a call‑out fee.

 

PaymentsWe accept:

 

Cash ,Card payments,Bank transfer ,Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed.

 

Liability:

 

We are not liable for:

Pre‑existing faults,Damage caused by forced entry when necessary,Issues arising from customer‑supplied parts.

We are fully insured for all work carried out.

 

Warranty:

 

New parts supplied by us include a manufacturer’s warranty.Workmanship is guaranteed for a reasonable period unless otherwise stated.
